Privacy Policy
Effective November 20, 2026
We collect what we need to monitor the trading accounts you connect and to send your alerts. We do not sell your data, show ads, or use tracking or advertising SDKs.
1. Who we are
Asian Digital Mind LLC (“we”, “us”) runs FXfolio and is responsible for the personal data described here. Questions: support@fxfolio.io.

We do not collect your location, contacts or photos, and we never ask for your broker master password.
3. How we use it
To run the Service: connect your accounts, compute figures, check alert rules and deliver alerts; to send sign-in codes and service emails; to secure the Service and fix problems; and to meet legal obligations. Where the GDPR applies, our legal bases are performing our contract with you, our legitimate interest in a secure and working service, and legal obligations.
4. Investor passwords
Your investor password is stored encrypted with AWS Key Management Service and can be read only by the server that runs your account’s terminal. It is never shown in the app, sent back to any device, or written to logs. Removing a trading account deletes its password.
5. Who we share it with
We share data only with providers that run parts of the Service for us, under contracts that limit their use of it:

When paid plans launch, a payment provider will process billing; we will name it here first. We may disclose data if the law requires it, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, with notice to you. We never sell personal data or share it for cross-context advertising.
6. How long we keep it
- Account data: while your FXfolio account exists.
- Trading data (trades, deposits and withdrawals, equity history) and the broker password: until you remove the trading account, or until it has sent no data for 90 days. We email you at 60 and 83 days, and delete it only after those emails, so an account that was already inactive gets at least 30 days’ notice. Reconnecting it in time keeps it. Your FXfolio account isn’t affected.
- Server logs: a short period, normally under 30 days.
- Deleted data leaves our backups as they expire, within 35 days.
7. Deleting your data
Remove a trading account in the app (Account Settings › Remove account) to delete it, its history and its password. To delete your FXfolio account and everything we hold about you, use Settings › Delete account in the app; it takes effect immediately. You can also email support@fxfolio.io from your account email address and we will do it within 30 days.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK, California or Hong Kong), you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or to object to or restrict how we use it. Email support@fxfolio.io; we reply within 30 days and will not treat you differently for asking. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
9. Security and where data is stored
Data travels over TLS and is encrypted at rest. Our servers are in the United States (Oregon). If you use FXfolio from elsewhere, your data is transferred to the US, with safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where the law requires them.
10. Children
FXfolio is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
11. Changes
If we change this policy materially, we will tell you by email or in the app before the change takes effect.
